CardNext Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 25, 2026
CardNext helps identify Pokemon cards, browse card details, and manage a personal collection and wishlist. This policy explains what information the app handles.
Information We Collect
CardNext does not require an app account and does not collect or store your personal collection, wishlist, notes, condition, grade, or card ownership data on our servers.
Photos
Photos you take or choose are used to help match a Pokemon card. CardNext does not intentionally store your scanned photos on our servers.
Local Storage and iCloud
Your saved collection and wishlist are stored on your device. If iCloud is available, this data may sync through your private iCloud database so it can stay available across your Apple devices. Your iCloud data is managed by Apple under your Apple ID.
Card Catalog and Price Data
CardNext may request public card catalog, pricing, image, and trend information from app services or third-party sources. These requests are used to show card details and are not intended to upload your personal collection data.
Third-Party Services
CardNext uses Apple iCloud for private sync when available. Card images, price links, and market data may come from third-party card data providers.
